KV Software

Privacy

I am one person. I build software and put it in the world. I do not run a data business on the side of that.

KV Software does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. No analytics, no trackers, no ads, no accounts of mine.

This website

This site has no cookies and no analytics. Opening a page does not create a profile. I do not know who visited.

The apps

Work you do in an app stays on your device, unless you export or share it yourself. I do not host your files. I do not have a user database. There is no account to create, and none I could log into on your behalf.

If an app talks to Apple (purchases, iCloud, notifications), that is Apple's systems under Apple's privacy policy. I do not get a copy of that.

A specific app may add a note on its own page if it ever needs a permission (microphone, files, and so on). The rule stays the same: used on your machine, for the job you asked for, not sent to me.

What exists, and who sees it

Thing What it is Where it lives Who sees it
This website Pages in a browser Not tied to you Nobody as a person. I do not log visitors.
App data Your projects, files, settings Your device. Maybe your iCloud if you turn that on. You. Not me.
Store purchase Receipt for a buy Apple Apple
Mail to info@ Whatever you write Email You and me. I read it to reply. I do not put it in a marketing list.

Children

These products are not aimed at children. They also collect nothing from anyone, including children.

Deleting things

Delete the app and its data goes with it. If you used iCloud, remove that app's data in system settings. Mail you already sent still sits in an inbox, like any email. Ask and I will delete the thread.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text lives on this page with a new date. I will not silently start collecting data.
